Fill out the order form on the appropriate pages.  Be sure to include your Name, Address, Telephone Number, Fax Number or E-mail Address, and the Item Number of the specimens you wish to purchase.

We will confirm your order with the total amount due, including applicable shipping charges (See Below).  You will be given the option to pay either by check, money order or PayPal!

Terms and Conditions
Satisfaction Guaranteed.  If you are not happy with any specimen you
purchase, return it within ten days in its original condition and packaging.  
You will receive a refund, less shipping charges.
Shipments are sent via UPS or the U.S. Postal Service fully insured.  If
there is any damage, please contact the delivering carrier for instructions.
Shipping charges will be $9.95 or above depending on the size of the
shipment.   Most individual specimens will ship for $9.95.
Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.
